Pricing and coverage
Prepaid athletes receive every usable edited photograph captured of them. No fixed number of photos is promised, because a game decides that, not a price list.
These rates apply to games from 1 January 2027 onward. For anything before that, get in touch and we will sort it out between us.

Players or parents who did not prepay can buy available individual photos after the game, without the preview watermark. The price per photo increases with distance.
Video cannot be bought on its own. It is only available as an add on to a prepaid photography package, and it cannot be bought after the game. We capture a lot of the action and discard footage that is obstructed or not clearly usable.
Expected within 48 to 72 hours after the event. Anything unexpected gets communicated rather than left quiet.
Travel rates
One way driving time to the venue, measured from wherever I am travelling from for that game. That is usually Jacksonville, but I travel a lot, so it is not always. The first hour is included at the base rate, and I confirm the drive time and the final price with you before you pay anything.

Prepaid photos go up $5 for each additional travel hour starting at two hours. Photos bought after the game go up $2 an hour starting at two hours. Video goes up $5 through three hours, $10 from four to seven hours, and $15 from eight hours onward.
For trips beyond ten hours, ask for a custom quote. Partial hour drive times, the starting point and the final travel estimate are all confirmed before booking.
Scheduling

Open dates are posted at the start of each season on the availability calendar. You can also ask directly about a particular matchup.
Requests can be submitted during game week, up to three days before the event, subject to availability and the confirmed payment deadline.
Please book at least two weeks in advance. A request ten days before the game may be considered as the minimum lead time, subject to approval.
For every game two hours or farther away, at least ten athletes must prepay. Those ten can come from both competing schools combined. Payment must be received 24 to 48 hours before the event, by the deadline we give you.
Athletes and parents are asked to help coordinate with school staff to get authorized sideline access. We request approval ourselves as well. If sideline access cannot be secured and coverage cannot be provided as booked, payments are refunded.
Client policies
These are here to make coverage predictable, fair and transparent for every family.
No refund is automatically provided when an athlete does not play. We will still try to capture sideline photographs of them. Families should think about expected playing time before buying. If an athlete is injured and coverage is materially limited, we offer a 25% refund of that athlete's package payment.
We capture extensive gameplay and sideline content, but camera position, weather, access, visibility and the circumstances of the game all affect what can be delivered. Unusable footage is removed. Delivery is expected within 48 to 72 hours after the event, and unexpected delays are communicated.
Purchased images are delivered without the preview watermark. Lucky's Athletics retains copyright. Customers receive a personal use license to save, share and print their purchased content. Commercial use or resale needs separate permission.
We ask permission to show captured photos and clips on Lucky's Athletics social media, this website and the portfolio. For minors, the parent or legal guardian should give that consent. School policies and applicable law still apply.
Prepaid athletes are asked to agree a date and time for a collaborative social media post featuring their chosen delivered content. Please credit or tag Lucky's Athletics when sharing our work.
